To be eligible for a return:

How to initiate a return:

2. Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Once we receive the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You will receive a full refund credited back to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
